About Visit Your Property

Visit Your Property is being built to give remote property owners trusted, documented visual access to a property when they cannot be there in person. A vetted local operator follows the customer’s checklist and provides either a live, interactive walkthrough or a secure recording.

Trust is central to the model. Operators must complete identity verification, a formal third-party background check, training, and administrative approval before activation. The platform is designed around tightly permissioned access instructions, GPS-confirmed visits, visit records, incident reporting, and administrative oversight.

This is a visual observation service—not a licensed home inspection, appraisal, property-management service, security patrol, or technical evaluation. Operators show what is visibly present but do not diagnose structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other specialized conditions.
